Halo Championship Series Announces 2024 Tournament Dates

Halo Infinite’s developers, 343 Industries, recently revealed the roadmap for 2024. The roadmap had numerous announcements, like fixes for bugs and glitches, ranking updates, and more, but the biggest and most anticipated news to have come out was the addition of major tournaments and online matches that’ll be taking place this year.

You’re probably already familiar with the flagship title series, The Halo Championship Series (HCS), under which you’ll find the Esports circuit. It consists of small LAN and online tournaments as well as large LAN tournaments with prize pools called Majors. 2024’s season, also called Year 3, will host four Majors, of which two will be split and take place in two different locations.

All Majors coming in 2024 are going to be hosted by a partner team, with the first Major taking place in March and hosted by OpTic. The third will be hosted by FaZe in July, and the last Major is slated to happen in September with Spacestation Gaming as the host.

The second Major for this year is quite a special one, as it’ll be the very first time a Halo Infinite Major will be held in Europe. The event is scheduled for May 2024 in London, United Kingdom. The hosts of this grand tournament are the British esports organization Quadrant, who’ve promised an unforgettable experience.
