Lollapalooza Berlin
Lollapalooza is among the most widely known music festivals in the world. The famed music festival brings some of the popular artists, national stars, and the finest local talents all at one location! The Berlin edition of Lollapalooza is returning to Germany this year on September 9 – 10. Dance music superstar David Guetta, pop rock band Imagine Dragons, singer-songwriter Jason Derulo, British folk-rock band Mumford & Sons, ‘Sweet But Psycho’ singer Ava Max, and singer-songwriter Macklemore are slated to headline the two-day music festival.
Zara Larsson, English singer-songwriter and musician Sam Fender, Norwegian singer-songwriter and producer Aurora, Australian alternative R&B band Chase Atlantic, British singer-songwriter Mimi Webb, and indie pop trio AJR will also hit the Lollapalooza Berlin stage this September. This music festival is also set to host dance music acts Dutch DJ/producer duo W&W, Lost Frequencies, Lilly Palmer, Brazilian DJ/producer Öwnboss, Pretty Pink, and KC Lights.

XJAZZ! Festival
The biggest jazz festival in Berlin – XJAZZ! Festival took place from May 8 – 14 this year. The festival mainly focuses on the jazz music scene in Berlin. Danish band Ibrahim Electric, English jazz musician Alabaster Deplume, singer-songwriter, producer, and DJ Sanni Est, Kokoroko – an eight-piece based in London, Moses Yoofee Trio, jazz, funk and soul composer Roy Ayers were among some of the names that took the XJAZZ! Festival stage this year!

With music coming from 5 stages, Airbeat One, one of the most popular electronic music festivals in the continent, will be held in Neustadt-Glewe, about two hours away from Berlin, next month! Airbeat One 2023 marks the 20th anniversary of the music festival featuring headliners Charlotte de Witte, Fisher, Boris Brejcha, and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. This festival will be held from July 12 – 18 this year.

You can find Indira Paganotto, English DJ/producer duo Camelphat, Brazilian DJ/producer Vintage Culture, DJ and deep house producer Nora En Pure, Enrico Sangiuliano, and the masked German DJ/producer Claptone at the Arena Stage. Dutch DJ/producer Headhunterz, Austrian DJ/producer duo Harris & Ford, Angerfist, Noisecontrollers, and German DJ duo Gestört aber GeiL have also been tapped for this festival.

Nation of Gondwana
Nation of Gondwana runs for three days. It sees thousands of revelers party with notable and celebrated DJs from the techno and electro realm. Attendees get a chance to enjoy music from genres including dub, jungle, and punk at Nation of Gondwana. This music festival has taken place for about thirty years and has hosted both international stars and local artists.
The 2023 edition of this festival will be held from July 21 – 23. It is set to welcome Hamburg-based DJ/producer Helena Hauff, German techno artist and DJ Ben Klock, Zombies in Miami, French artist, DJ/producer Anetha, and Roman Flügel, among other thrilling acts.
Melt! Festival
Melt! Festival is for fans of rap, electronic music, and hip-hop. Held about 2 hours away from Berlin, this music festival will take place from June 8 – 11 this year. Thousands of effervescent people flock to this festival to celebrate music and some of the most talented bunch of artists! This festival will open its doors to dance music acts like award-winning Bosnian-German DJ Solomun, English DJ/producer and songwriter Nia Archives, Interplanetary Criminal, Australian DJ/producer HAAi, English DJ/producer and singer Eliza Rose, and DJ/producer duo Bicep (who will do a live set).

Rapper, producer, and singer Channel Tres, singer-songwriter Ekkstacy, Iranian-Dutch singer-songwriter and producer Sevadaliza, British rapper and MC Bru-C, singer-songwriter d4vd, English singer-songwriter, rapper, and DJ Shygirl will set the Melt festival stage on fire this month.
Splash!
As one of the biggest hip-hop and reggae music festivals in Europe, Splash! brings some of the most popular and talented artists in Germany! Grammy-winning rapper Kendrick Lamar will be headlining this festival scheduled to take place from June 29 – July 1. German rapper Ufo3161, Lil Uzi Vert, rapper, singer-songwriter, producer Yeat, and German rapper Trettmann have also been tapped for Splash!
Latto, GloRilla, rapper, singer-songwriter $NOT, NLE Choppa, and British rapper Aitch are among those that will be heading to this music festival later this month. You can also enjoy DJ sets from Cashmiri, shoki287, Austin Millz, P.Vanillaboy, Southstar, DJ Schinkensuppe, and more.
