Recently, Beyoncé appeared in a new campaign for the luxury brand Tiffany & Co. celebrating individuality and self-acceptance, this time sans Jay-Z. It is called ‘Lose Yourself in Love.’ For this campaign’s ad, Bey is seen wearing a Tiffany HardWear necklace, which took over 40 hours to assemble! An accompanying film for this campaign will be out soon, sound-tracked by ‘Summer Renaissance’ off the 28-time Grammy award-winning artist’s latest album ‘RENAISSANCE.’ The film will feature choreography by Fatima Robinson.
Many artists have been the face of the luxury house, Tiffany & Co. Let’s take a look at some of them.
Beyoncé and JAY-Z
Last year, it was announced that Beyoncé and Jay-Z joined the list of new brand ambassadors for Tiffany & Co. with a new video campaign titled ‘About Love.’ The critically acclaimed album ‘RENAISSANCE’ singer Beyoncé even did a beautiful cover of ‘Moon River’ setting a romantic tone for the video. Legendary actress Audrey Hepburn performed the popular song for the 1961 film ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s.’

Both Bey and Jay-Z were sporting the company’s jewelry for the campaign, but what stood out was the Tiffany Diamond. In a historic move, Queen B was adorned with the 128.54 carat diamond, becoming the first black woman to wear it. Only three people had been given the opportunity to rock the Tiffany yellow diamonds before – Mary Whitehouse, Audrey Hepburn during the promo tour of ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s,’ and Lady Gaga who was seen wearing it during an appearance at the 2019 Academy Awards. This made the ‘CHURCH GIRL’ singer the fourth woman to wear it while her husband stunned in Jean Schlumberger’s Bird on a Rock brooch, reworked seen on the rapper as a pair of cuff links.
The couple’s work with the brand does a lot of good, with Tiffany & Co. pledging $2 million toward scholarship and internship programs for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), with over sixty students being awarded the scholarship until now.
St. Vincent
American singer St. Vincent was announced as one of Tiffany’s faces in 2017. The musician whose real name is Anne Clark was part of the ‘There’s Only One’ campaign, which highlighted artists in their respective fields. Her latest song ‘Piggy’ dropped in July this year. The Grammy-winning artist’s debut album ‘Marry Me’ came in 2007, with the release of her latest album ‘The Nowhere Inn’ taking place last year.
The artist recorded a stripped-down version of The Beatles’ ‘All You Need Is Love,’ which sound-tracked the campaign for Tiffany’s new fragrance. “I’m honored to work with the timeless and iconic @tiffanyandco on their new Fall campaign,” the singer wrote on her social media.
Janelle Monáe
Singer and actress Janelle Monáe featured in the Tiffany & Co. Fall 2017 Campaign ‘There’s Only One.’ “I think that individuality and embracing the things that make you unique is important to humanity, for others around you who may be uncomfortable, with their uniqueness, to finally feel confident in just being just them, and understanding that they were made, you know, unique for a specific purpose,” says the Grammy-nominated artist who was a part of the campaign celebrating self-expression and individuality.
She is known to be one of the most authentic celebrities of current times. The ‘Dirty Computer’ singer has also starred in the movies ‘Moonlight,’ ‘Hidden Figures,’ and has also been cast in the upcoming film ‘Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.’
Rosé
Rosé has starred in two campaigns for Tiffany & Co. The first one for Tiffany Hardware came in 2021, while another Tiffany HardWear campaign this year launched a new rose gold bracelet and necklace. The Blackpink singer, who is also a Saint Laurent ambassador, said: “I’ve worn Tiffany jewelry since I was in high school. To be a part of such an iconic brand that has been a part of my life for a long time makes it that much more special to me. I’m very honored and excited.”
A$AP Ferg
Tiffany & Co. recruited A$ap Ferg and ‘Maleficient’ star Elle Fanning to record a remake of the song ‘Moon River’ in partnership with Spotify. It was recorded for the luxury brand’s Believe in Dreams video campaign in 2018. “I come from Harlem, which is a long way from the famous Tiffany flagship on Fifth Avenue,” the rapper said as per Refinery29. “But because I went to the High School of Art and Design in Midtown, I’d have to walk past the Tiffany store every single day on my way home.”
“It was just years and years of me walking past Tiffany, never dreaming one day my face, my voice, and my lyrics would be part of their story,” A$AP Ferg added. “That’s a real dream, in real life.”
Lady Gaga
Lady Gaga was the face of Tiffany & Co. in 2017. The ad for the Tiffany HardWear campaign was aired before the star’s Super Bowl performance. It was the brand’s first-ever Super Bowl halftime ad! The singer rocked the 18k gold and sterling silver collection. It included a necklace, a bracelet and earrings.
Gaga shone on the red carpet of the 2019 Oscars ceremony wherein she was adorned with the 128-carat diamond on her necklace. She was nominated for two Academy Awards that night and took home one for ‘Best Original Song’ for ‘Shallow’ in the film ‘A Star is Born.’ Only Audrey Hepburn and Mary Whitehouse had worn it before the ‘A Star is Born’ actress. Now, Beyoncé has joined the club too.
